Marking the end of the original generation of GTO in 1967, this model featured minor styling updates, including a wire mesh front grille, wider rocker sill moldings with the GTO emblem repositioned to the front, and redesigned rear tail lamps. The body was slightly lengthened, and the wheel track widened for improved stability. Additional federally mandated safety features included a padded dashboard, new dash knobs, and an energy-absorbing steering column.
The engine size increased to 400ci for the first time, available in three horsepower configurations. This 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible is finished in factory code H-2 Linden Green Metallic with a black convertible top over a special-ordered 225-Red Vinyl Strato-bucket seat interior.
